Ingredients:

• 4 oz sparkling wine

• 1 sugar cube

• Angostura bitters

Directions:

Soak the sugar cube in Angostura bitters and drop into a champagne flute. Fill with sparkling wine (a dry prosecco will also do). Garnish with a lemon twist.
