GUIDED TOUR
THE HOULOU WATER WAY
The project “Living History” of Pafos2017 Open Air Factory continues producing dialogue between the two communities by examining different actions and issues affecting Cypriot society. “Living History” highlights such issues through experiential recordings, narratives and through history, architecture and the traditions of our country.
Focusing on Kato Vrysi, an important historic, architectural hydraulic construction dating back to the medieval period, the “Houlou Water way” offers both a sightseeing tour of the village of Houlou and an overview of the medieval, as well as the recent history of our country.
The tour in Greek and English will be carried out by the scholar and architect Sevina Floridou.
With the collaboration of the community of Houlou.
