COCKTAILS - PALOMA.

The paloma is a tequila-based cocktail. This drink is most commonly prepared by mixing tequila with a grapefruit-flavored soda such as Fresca, Squirt, or Jarritos and served on the rocks with a lime wedge. 

Main alcohol: Tequila

Ingredients: Three parts grapefruit soda, One part tequila

Preparation: Stir together and serve over ice.

Served: On the rocks; poured over ice

Standard garnish: Lime wedge

COCKTAILS - Tequila Sunrise.

2 msr tequila
orange juice
2 dashes grenadine syrup

Pour tequila in a highball glass with ice, and top with orange juice. Stir. Add grenadine by tilting glass and pouring grenadine down side by flipping the bottle vertically very quickly. The grenadine should go straight to the bottom and then rise up slowly through the drink. Garnish stirrer, straw and cherry-orange.

COCKTAIL - Black Russian.

The Black Russian is a cocktail of vodka and coffee liqueur. It contains five parts vodka to two parts coffee liqueur, per IBA specified ingredients. 
Main alcohol: Vodka
Ingredients: 2/3 oz (2 parts) Coffee liqueur (Kahlua), 1 2/3 oz (5 parts) Vodka
Preparation: Pour the ingredients into an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently.
Served: On the rocks; poured over ice

Best Winter Cocktails - Champagne Cocktail.

Champagne Cocktail

"It's really beautiful, and perfect for an elegant party."

Ingredients:

• 4 oz sparkling wine

• 1 sugar cube

• Angostura bitters

Directions:

Soak the sugar cube in Angostura bitters and drop into a champagne flute. Fill with sparkling wine (a dry prosecco will also do). Garnish with a lemon twist.

COCKTAILS - BLOODY MARY.

Primary alcohol by volume	Vodka
Served	On the rocks; poured over ice
Standard garnish	Celery stalk or dill pickle spear
Standard drinkware	Highball glass
IBAspecified ingredients*	4.5 cl (3 parts) Vodka 9 cl (6 parts) Tomato juice 1.5 cl (1 part) Lemon juice
Preparation	Add dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper into highball glass, then pour all ingredients into highball with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with celery stalk and lemon wedge (optional).

COCKTAILS - Dark 'N Stormy.

A Dark 'N Stormy is a highball cocktail made with dark rum (the dark) and ginger beer (the stormy) served over ice and garnished with a slice of lime.
6 cl dark rum
10 cl Ginger beer

Preparation - In a highball glass filled with ice add 6cl dark rum and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge.

COCKTAILS - MANHATTAN!!!!!

3/4 oz sweet vermouth
2 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1 dash Angostura® bitters
1 maraschino cherry
1 twist orange peel


Combine the vermouth, bourbon whiskey, and bitters with 2 - 3 ice cubes in a mixing glass. Stir gently, don't bruise the spirits and cloud the drink. Place the cherry in a chilled cocktail glass and strain the whiskey mixture over the cherry. Rub the cut edge of the orange peel over the rim of the glass and twist it over the drink to release the oils but don't drop it in.

VARIATION: No bitters. Substitute a twist of lime for the cherry and orange. Hold the lime twist in a lighted match over the drink and then drop it in. The heat really zips up the lime flavor.

COCKTAILS!!!

MAI TAI

2 tbsp white rum
2 tbsp dark rum
2 tbsp triple sec
1 tbsp grenadine
1 tbsp orgeat or almond syrup (we used Monin almond syrup, available online)
juice of half a lime
maraschino cherry

Stir all the ingredients together in a jug or shake them in a cocktail shaker. Put a few cubes of ice in a tumbler, pour over the liquid and garnish with a cherry.

COCTAILS - THE LAST WORD.

The Last Word

An amazing prohibition cocktail that combines Gin, Marashino Liqueur, Green Chartreuse and Lime juice.

Ingredients

3/4 oz London Dry Gin
3/4 oz Maraschino Liquor
3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz Lime Juice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker

Add ice and shake to chill and dilute

Strain into a martini glass
